Electrical and HVAC work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local requirements. Where we assist with a New York State Clean Heat application, the Company acts as a participating contractor only. Eligibility, incentive amounts, programme rules and final approval are determined by the programme administrator and the State, not by the Company.
